Single Underline

The classic line under every character, using the Unicode combining low line (U+0332). Spaces get the mark too, so the line runs continuously between words.Example: “hello” → “h̲e̲l̲l̲o̲”

Double Underline

Two parallel lines (combining double low line, U+0333) — the old-school emphasis for titles and key terms.Example: “hello” → “h̳e̳l̳l̳o̳”

Triple Underline

Single plus double low line together for a heavy three-line underline that is hard to miss.Example: “hello” → “h̲̳e̲̳l̲̳l̲̳o̲̳”

Wavy Underline

A gentle wave under the text (combining tilde below, U+0330) — the spell-checker look, turned into a style.Example: “hello” → “h̰ḛl̰l̰o̰”

Dotted Underline

One small dot under each character (combining dot below, U+0323) — subtle, elegant emphasis.Example: “hello” → “ḥẹḷḷọ”

Double-Dot Underline

Two dots under each character (combining diaeresis below, U+0324) — a denser dotted effect.Example: “hello” → “h̤e̤l̤l̤o̤”

Dash Underline

A short dash under each character (combining macron below, U+0331) — reads as a broken, dashed line.Example: “hello” → “ẖe̱ḻḻo̱”

Caret Underline

A tiny caret under each character (combining circumflex below, U+032D) — a sharp, zigzag-style underline.Example: “hello” → “h̭ḙḽḽo̭”

Curly Underline

A soft upward curve under each character (combining inverted breve below, U+032F) — friendly and hand-drawn feeling.Example: “hello” → “h̯e̯l̯l̯o̯”

Overline + Underline

Lines both above and below the text (combining overline U+0305 plus low line U+0332) — frames a headline from both sides.Example: “hello” → “h̲̅e̲̅l̲̅l̲̅o̲̅”

Strikethrough + Underline

Crossed out and underlined at once (long stroke overlay U+0336 plus low line U+0332) — for corrections that still demand attention.Example: “hello” → “h̶̲e̶̲l̶̲l̶̲o̶̲”

Bold + Underline
